Silencersare components of ventilation and air conditioning systems designed to reduce the noise produced by the fans. ­They are made of galvanized sheet steel. The end flanges for connection to the system are made of 20, 30 or 40 mm Europrofile depending on the size.
Splitter silencers consist ofgalvanized steel boxes accommodating panels of mineral wool acting as noise attenuation material. The outer panels are protected from erosion of the mineral wool. For special operation conditions with very high humidity atmosphere we can supply rectangular silencers with splitters protected against moisture by damp-proof foil.
